Big reveal!

Today is the day of the Bead Soup Blog Party!

Many thanks to our wonderful hostess, Lori Anderson! She's doing a huge job to organize everything so everyone could enjoy new beads, new meetings and new ideas.

This time my partner was Stacey Curry. She makes very stylish things - just visit her blog and look what she did!

I must say I was afraid my beads will arrive late (due to mailing troubles), but they've f
inally came! Stacey was very generous - just look what I've received from her:

Aah, the chain and findings from Vintaj... And wonderful glass pendant and beads too! Love these autumn colors!

I wanted to make a piece in which all of fall hues wouldn't get lost. I added a beaded toggle to match the shiny black of the pendant :) You may find the pattern in Diane Fitzgerald's "Shaped Beadwork".

Actually, I've made two necklaces, the second one with a lampworked owl made by Olga Ostapenko.

These treasures are enough to make more, and I'm really thankful to Stacey. It was pleasure to work with beautiful beads and findings while making my neckpieces. I'll surely wear them myself)) It was fun! Thank you, Stacey!
